Going Strong (also, TMI again)

Underpants: Dinosaur

Hours worn today: Two and a Half, from the time we bought them to the time Everett went to bed.

Trips to the potty: Four (all successful)

Accidents: None

Tantrums thrown: Only when a certain someone discovered that he couldn't wear the underpants to bed. This is day one, people. I have no idea what kind of bladder control he has. Plus, I was kind of hoping he would be sad to take them off. This is going to be the motivation for staying dry.

Interest: Strong. After turning Everett backwards on the toilet, he was able to see the waterworks in action and had a major giggle-fest.

Hopes: High, but not too high. Tomorrow will be our biggest test. Also, whenever the moment happens that going to the bathroom stops being fun--that will also be a test.

So, did these underpants come in a one pack or a three pack? Hopefully there is more than one pair or you are going to be doing a little laundry every night, aye?

I have a few nephews into Superman right now and any clothing hinting to be like it can do no wrong.

Happy potty training.

Wooohoo! Love the "sitting backwards" trick. Good luck and enjoy the ride.

It is a pain to get up with the kids at night but, when Abbie went to bed with a pull up on she always woke up with it being wet. But when I put underpants on her at night she was dry. They seeme to know even when they were sleeping.

Hooray! Hope his interest keeps going strong. You will love having one in diapers. You can try keeping it interesting by throwing some cheerios in there and see if he can aim at them. Also, teaching him how to stand and pee like big boys..aka dad! Good job Everett!
